The Eathamozhi tree
One of the oldest coconut varieties on earth.
It grows in southern peninsular India, and it carried religious and commercial weight for the Chera and Pandya dynasties. Every bottle of tatvamazi starts with its fruit.

Storage
Keep the bottle sealed and out of direct sunlight. Coconut oil turns solid below about 24°C. Stand the bottle in warm water for a few minutes to melt it.
