This website is run by Tatvamazi, a proprietorship business owned by Vikas N S, registered under GST (GSTIN 32PLZPS4674F2Z0), with its place of business at Door No. 17/237/B, Church Road, Payyattuvila, Venganoor, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695501.

Products
- Our oils are natural products. Colour, smell and thickness may vary slightly between batches.
- Product photos are for illustration. Packaging may differ slightly.
- Our products are for external use or cooking as stated on each label. They are not medicines and are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Do a patch test before using any hair or skin oil, and consult a doctor if you have a medical condition, allergy, or are pregnant.

Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (Rs) and include applicable taxes unless stated.
- A flat shipping charge of Rs 60 is added at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments.
- We may change prices or offers at any time. The price at the time you pay is final for that order.

Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you get a full refund.

Intellectual property
The Tatvamazi name, logo, designs, text and images on this website belong to Tatvamazi and cannot be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Tatvamazi is not responsible for indirect losses from using our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
