Refund and Cancellation Policy

Tatvamazi products are cold-pressed and herbal oils. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please send your order number and a clear photo of the product and the package to tatvamazihq@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 94009 90500.
After checking, we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, as you prefer. You do not need to send the damaged item back unless we ask you to.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund timeline
Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the amount.

Not eligible for refund
- Opened or used products that are not damaged or wrong
- Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery
- Damage caused after delivery
