Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses across India only.

Shipping charge
A flat shipping charge of Rs 60 applies to every order, whatever the order size. It is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment.
- Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Remote areas may take a little longer.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Payment
All website orders are paid online through our secure payment partner, Cashfree Payments (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment.

Delivery problems
If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us at tatvamazihq@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 94009 90500. For damaged items, please see our Refund Policy.
